Mouse Brain Pericytes

Culture Notes:

1. Thaw the cells (standard procedure) and spread into T25 flask
2. Use DMEM/F12/10%FBS or other culture medium w/antibiotics
3. Different culture medium may change cell properties and functions
4. Try to not passage the cells no more than 8 times for research
